The highball drinks are the true stars of the Boilerman Bar. The alcoholic short drinks are created without a shaker and are served in frozen glasses with ice spheres the size of golf balls. Their diminutive appearance can be deceptive; the highballs are packed full of power! The drink's name comes from the American railway industry. In olden times, the Boilerman would stoke the furnace when the highball signal to accelerate was given. Today, it's the expert bar staff who get our guests really stoked up with their Gin Basil, Rye & Dry, and Bourbon highballs.
